Bunbury Emergency Department Funding

Forrest's Labor candidate has got to the point of simply making things up.

"Contrary to Labor claims, the Liberal Party will retain and build on the capital expenditure measures for emergency departments and elective surgery in this year's Budget," said Federal Member for Forrest, Nola Marino MP.

"The Liberal Party has already said that no capital funding will be cut in this area".

"In May when the Liberal State Health Minister Kim Hames announced the expansion of the emergency department in Bunbury, the Liberal Party confirmed its commitment to the project," Ms Marino said.

It appears the Labor Party has simply pulled out a list of all Federal investment and tried to scare the public into believing every project is at risk.

"The Labor Party should invest in better research as the local Labor media release is complete nonsense," concluded Nola Marino.
